Others need our Help
When the other need outher help, we to help to money. But they need this? I think they need spiritual help. The spirits teach us to do a claning at home. What type claning? The spiritual claning. How? The gospel in the home. So are thay we help others. The desincante spirits don't need of money. Very encarnate need of money. But only miney? My answer is no. They are need oration, prayer to spiritual evolve.

The Meditation
When I meditated today, at the spirit house, I relaxed.
The sensation was peace. I love to meditate. The body relaxed , the music in the back. I remember has images caming in my mind, the loose body.
My Bigger difficulty was have not thoughts in my head.
